My go-to for a quick, easy, healthy sweet treat that meets your sweet tooth needs and actually fills you up!
Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon of good quality dark chocolate melts or pieces
• 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
• 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
• 1.5 tablespoons of full fat, plain Greek yoghurt (can replace this with coconut yoghurt if you prefer or a high protein yoghurt will increase the protein value)
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy
